1. Breaking ground You’ll get an overview of the building process from the team that will oversee construction of your new home.

2. Reviewing the progress Get an up-close look at the structural details of your new home as you walk through the framework with your Construction Superintendent.

3. A guided tour of your new home Construction is done! It's time to tour your new home and identify any items that need to be addressed prior to closing.

4. Richmond American Ready presentation Take the final walk-through with your Home Care Specialist and Construction Superintendent

5. The key to your dreams The moment you've been waiting for is here! Congratulations...and welcome home!

6. Getting settled Around 30 days after move-in, we'll check in to review maintenance info and address any warranty concerns

7. Breaking ground In five months, we'll call you to see that your needs are being met as you settle into your new home.

8. Continuing service After 10 months, we'll schedule a visit to check on warranty issues. We take pride in providing outstanding follow-up service.
