Moving into a new home by the holidays is high on some homebuyers’ wish lists. Fortunately, there is a variety of fast, easy ways you can use our site to find quick move-in homes, so you can spend less time searching and more time selling.*
Using the home page
The search bar on our homepage is a simple way to find quick move-in homes in any of our regions. Simply input the name of the city, school district or state you’re looking in, select the “Show me quick move-in homes” toggle beneath, and you’ll be shown every available listing in your requested area. From there, you can sort the list by availability to see which homes are closest to completion.
For example, you can type in “Denver Metro region,” click the toggle, and find 71 available listings in the area (as of 10.19.19).
Using the filter
If you’ve already used the search bar to find the communities in a specific area, you can click “Filter results” in the upper left-hand corner, then choose “ADDITIONAL OPTIONS” on the dropdown menu. Scroll down and you’ll see a toggle next to the words “Communities with quick move-in homes.” This will narrow your search results to only communities with available listings.
Using the Quick move-in homes tab
Once you’re on a specific community page, you can scroll down under the words “New construction homes” and select the tab that reads “Quick move-in homes” to see the available listings at that community, as well as floor plan specs, included features and more.
Adding to the URL
Want to try an insider trick? First, use the home page to navigate to a specific city or state. Once there, insert the word “listings” between RichmondAmerican.com and the rest of the URL. This will show you all the available listings in that city or state.

Using Real Estate agent hub
Visit this page for another way to browse our inventory. Hit the button that reads “START YOUR SEARCH” and select “Show me quick move-in homes” on the search bar that pops up, along with the area you’re interested in.
