Price change callout
Your clients deserve a new home that fits into their budget—we want to help you find that for them! The recently added price change callout displays new pricing and potential savings amounts for some of our active listings. This feature appears on listing search results pages, community pages and individual listing pages. You’ll see the former price of the home crossed out, with the current selling price and potential savings below. With this new pricing, your buyers may find that a home previously out of their price range is now within reach!
Did you know? If you and your clients are visiting a Sales Center in person, you’ll also find the price change flag on our touchscreen displays!
Home of the week listings
Another way to find sweet deals for your buyers is through our Home of the week (HOTW) listings! Every week, we’ll feature a selection of hot homes for each region, hand-picked by our local market experts. These homes are marked by “Home of the week” flags that appear on listing search results and individual listing pages.

Payment comparison calculator
If your clients are curious about how much their monthly payments might be for a particular home, we also offer a handy mortgage calculator! Using this tool, buyers can set their estimated down payment, interest rate, property taxes and insurance costs, then see what their monthly mortgage payments may look like. This feature is available for all spec homes and, for applicable listings, a homebuyer may also be able to view their potential payments with special financing savings, compared to market rates.
