Searching for communities by amenity
When we’re deciding where to build, community location and amenities are always top of mind. And we’ve added filters to our website to help you narrow down neighborhoods with the specific amenities your clients are seeking! To find communities featuring particular amenities on RichmondAmerican.com, follow these simple steps.
1. Click on the “Search new homes” button at the top left of the homepage.
2. Choose your location from the dropdown menu.
3. Add your client’s minimum “must-haves” on the left side of the dropdown menu and then click on the “Communities” button on the right side of the menu.
4. Click on the “Filter/sort results” button on the communities landing page and a filters dropdown menu will appear.
5. Scroll down to the “Community features” on the filters menu, select all applicable amenities and click on the “Apply filters” button.
Note: The more filters you select, the narrower your results. If you want more communities to appear, try removing the least important filter and see what changes.
6. Click on the matching communities on the landing page for more information about communities with preferred amenities, and share the details with your clients.
