When John and Kaitlyn embarked on their new home journey, Kaitlyn didn’t know that John was planning more than just their future home. At the closing, just as the couple was about to pose for a photo in front of their new home, John kneeled down to propose. After keeping the proposal a secret from everyone for three months, he was thrilled to finally pop the question. (Spoiler alert: She said yes!)
John was kind enough to share his story with us. He and Kaitlyn were looking for a home in a desirable area of Henderson, NV with a nearby park. “As millennials, we were pleased with how seriously we were taken as buyers,” John said. The enthusiasm and respect that the sales person showed them was instrumental in their decision to purchase a Richmond American Home.
John and Kaitlyn chose the Lillian floor plan for its open and spacious layout with a wraparound living room. The Home Gallery™ experience was a positive one, especially with the interior design specialist who helped them stay within budget while creating the home they had envisioned. Both are very pleased with how the design came together.
“Kaitlyn and I are so excited to share this new stage with friends and family,” said John. “I felt taken care of during the homebuying process and would encourage people to build a new Richmond American home as well.” When asked for one word to describe the experience, John said, “satisfying.” We are pleased to welcome them to the Richmond American family. Thank you for letting us be a part of this special moment!
