Earline Phillips was eager to transition from a townhome to a ranch-style home and knew that she had found her new community as soon as she stepped inside the model homes at Seasons at Traditions in Aurora, Colorado. With a thoughtfully designed kitchen that flows into a spacious great room and two private bedrooms, the Amethyst floor plan was just the right fit.
Earline planned to create a home that she would want to stay in forever, and she enjoyed working with her Home Gallery™ design consultant to choose coordinating fixtures and finishes that fit her taste. She also put a great deal of thought into decorating her home with complementary colors and textures.
Working with her sales associate, Brandi, and superintendent, Sean, were highlights of Earline’s homebuying experience. She visited the construction site as often as she could. Brandi even sent her photos of the home’s progress when Earline was out of town. Sean was by her side on all her construction site visits and checked in on her after she moved into her new home.
Earline emphasized that her friends and family know how much she enjoyed working with Richmond American. When asked for one word to describe her homebuying experience, the happy homeowner said, “incredible!”
