I live in Las Vegas, and I’m a Realtor®. My wife is a registered nurse. We were looking for a brand-new home and accidentally saw Bellamont. It was not intentional. We were considering many different builders. This particular subdivision offers all ranch-style floor plans, and single-floor living was a priority for us. We were tired of going up and down stairs. The price point was also within our budget.
The location is ideal for my wife who works at a government hospital; moving here cut her commute in half! The neighborhood is growing, and I expect that we’ll see a lot of expansion in the next five years.
What made you choose your floor plan, and what do you like about it?
The Samantha is a spacious, ideal floor plan for our family. We have three little boys and need room for them to run around. We like having four bedrooms, especially because we have many visitors from the Philippines that we can accommodate.
We were looking for a home with an entry that flowed into a formal living room. We spend most of the time in the great room with our kids. We also love the kitchen, inviting master suite and backyard. This truly is our dream home!
Was there a particular individual at Richmond American who made your experience great?
Three employees made our experience exceptional! Sales Associate Eric is very professional, accommodating and warm. His great smile caught our attention; he is always smiling! Eric even replied to my texts on his day off.
Superintendent Chris was very helpful. Home Care Specialist Jesus made the final walkthrough and orientation a breeze. He’s very polite, organized, communicative and responsive.
Would you recommend Richmond American to your friends and family? What would you tell them?
Definitely! Since we chose Richmond American Homes accidentally, we didn’t expect to enjoy the experience as much as we did. We like the floor plans, employees, professionalism, efficiency and finished product. We have already encouraged our friends to buy their very own Richmond American dream home!
What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about purchasing a new home?
When you want to buy a home and have a loan pre-approval, find a home that you really like and can realistically afford. Look for a location that fits your family’s needs and budget.
