At ages 23 and 25, Alan and Kate knew that they were ready to own a home. With their local jobs in mining and teaching, they decided to establish roots at Westview Pointe in Tucson. The couple sought an open ranch-style floor plan that offered balanced space throughout the rooms. The Chloe turned out to be a perfect fit for them and their three-year-old daughter, Alanna.
Building their dream home was an exciting process for the young family. “Working with our sales person, Cori, was an excellent experience. She made sure to keep us informed and provided weekly updates,” Alan said.
“Personalizing our home was the best part of our homebuying experience,” he continued. “I liked being able to choose the features in my home and upgrade the items that were most important to us. Ron in the Home Gallery™ was also very welcoming and helpful.” Alan and Kate took special pleasure in planning out their favorite part of the home—the kitchen! They selected a gourmet kitchen with a double oven, walk-in pantry and granite countertops.
The couple has a number of family members who live in Richmond American homes and would definitely recommend building a home with the company. They were impressed by the versatile floor plans and beautiful communities they encountered during their new home search.
