What position suits you best?
Sales Associate
Sales associates are on hand to help individuals and families locate the right homes to meet their unique needs. This includes reaching out to prospects, keeping track of the progress of homes under construction and walking homebuyers through the contract process. Weekend work is required, but well worth it!

New Home Specialists are dedicated to helping customers in the early stages of the house hunt. Available by phone or online chat, this team of professionals is there to do the legwork for the homebuyer. In this role, you’ll get to know the floor plans and communities, so you can be a go-to resource. Weekend work is required, but boasts big benefits!

Never worked for a homebuilder before? No problem! Experience selling new homes is not necessary. Some states do require a real estate license, which we can help you earn if you’re a good fit otherwise.
